Frequently asked questions

Is there still an NDIS Price Guide?

For 2026-27 the official document is the NDIS Pricing Schedule. The 2025-26 Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits is still published on ndis.gov.au while the NDIA prepares updated guidance.

When did the 2026-27 prices start?

On 1 July 2026. A pricing determination by the Minister made them legally binding from 24 September 2026. Check the pricing arrangements page for the latest version.

Can a provider charge me more than the maximum price?

Not if your funding is NDIA-managed or plan-managed. They can't charge above the limit.

Does the maximum price include GST?

Yes.

What does "unbundled" STA mean?

Instead of one daily price, STA is claimed as separate parts: your accommodation, the hours of support you get, and accommodation for a support worker where it's needed.

Are SDA prices in the same document?

No. SDA has its own Pricing Schedule for SDA 2026-27.

Where can I see every price?
